Due to the digital nature of the products provided available through Paradigm Business Consulting LLC, refunds will not be provided automatically and instead will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, based on the product, the time between purchase and refund request, and various other factors. If you wish to request a refund please submit your refund request to hello@the-paradigm.com within 14 days of purchase/initial payment.
In order to claim a refund, purchaser must have completed 100% of released course material and provide thorough feedback regarding the quality of the product. Company will provide alternative learning material to solve any quality claims prior to issuing a refund. No other refunds will be considered.
